And stay on board to make sure they actually work

In practice, our clients usually face some of these problems:
You've got a concept for a mobile or web app. You don't need someone to just write code, but someone who'll think through the product with you.
Your users are on their phones, but your product isn't. We've done this enough times to know what gets lost in translation and how to avoid it.
An app another team built and then abandoned. A backend that's held together with workarounds. A product that launched but never quite landed.
App Store visibility doesn't happen by itself; ranking, discoverability, and conversion all need to be worked on. We handle that, too.
A freelancer who vanished. An agency that delivered late, over budget, and without much interest in whether the thing actually worked.
If you're looking for someone to take a brief, disappear for three months, and send you a link, keep looking.
If you want people who'll tell you directly when something's a bad idea, you're in the right place.
The clearest way to explain is to show it.

[Without a dime spent on marketing]
Pričaj Mi is an audio app for children, with no screens and no ads; just fairy tales, fables, and stories read by professional narrators. The first of its kind in Serbian.
The concept and the content came from Miloš Maksimović, a well-known TV host and narrator. He needed a team that could build the product. We became partners and co-owners.
DedalDev handled everything on the technical side: iOS and Android development, backend infrastructure, subscription model, audio streaming.
When the app launched, it spread through word of mouth. Within the first few days, Pričaj Mi reached #2 on the iOS App Store in Serbia — behind TikTok, ahead of Netflix. At the same time, it hit the top charts in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
In early 2025, Pričaj Mi was named one of PC Press's Top 50, which is the annual list of the best things on the Serbian internet, across apps, platforms, and services. One of fifty, the only one of its kind.
Building the app was only the beginning. We've been optimizing it ever since: testing subscription models, tracking user behavior, and watching how every change lands both with users and on revenue.
Today, over 70,000 families use the app, and the library grows every week.
Pričaj Mi is the clearest example of how we work.
We form real partnerships before we write a line of code.
We build things we'd actually use ourselves.
The team that starts a project is the same team that finishes it.
We stay involved after launch because that's when you find out if and how it actually works.
We started DedalDev in 2016. Since then, we've worked with startups and small businesses, built products from scratch, inherited systems nobody else wanted to fix, and become co-owners of one app that hit #2 on the App Store.
The name comes from Daedalus [in Serbian, Dedal] the ancient Greek craftsman, architect, and inventor, best known as the builder of the Labyrinth. What drew us to him wasn't the myth itself, but what he represents: someone who thinks through hard problems and builds things that actually work.
We take relationships seriously before we take on projects. Every engagement starts with getting to know what you're actually building and why. And the team you meet at the beginning is the team that sees it through. No handoffs, no strangers halfway through.
Being a small agency means we are versatile, fast, and easily reachable. No corporate hoops to jump through; we are always just an email away.
Beyond client work, we actively share what we've learned, through talks, workshops, and conferences such as Web Summit, Digitalk Niš, Money Motion, and Crypto Expo Europe. We take an active part in the conversation about where mobile development is going.
